The academic staff of the Institute of Mathematics according to their interests in scientific research and educational and scientific work is organized in four factories. Their members are engaged in research in many areas of mathematics and applied mathematics: algebra, differential geometry, topology, Complex Functions, Functional Analysis, Dynamical Systems, Differential Equations, Furjeova analysis, actuarial mathematics, stochastic programming.
